Partnership Program Spring & Fall Wilderness Instructor Positions
This is the person leading, inspiring, and providing a physically and emotionally safe space for our participants on a wide variety of 1- to 5-day expeditions. We are looking for backpackers, kayakers, climbers and other outdoor leaders who want to share their experience with young people. Partnership Programs Spring & Fall Climbing Instructor Positions
During the spring and fall BOLD & GOLD Climbing Instructors take participants outdoors to spend time on real rock! Instructors will set up routes, manage outdoor climbing sites, and work with participants to build climbing skills, all while helping to create leadership and social/emotional learning opportunities.

Partnership Programs Winter Snowshoeing Instructor Positions
Join us during the winter for some hot chocolate fueled adventures! Winter instructors take participants out exploring the wilderness areas around Seattle while participating in a variety of fun winter activities. Some topics include: introduction to snowshoeing, winter ecology, winter survival, and team building. Instructors spend their days snowshoeing or hiking around beautiful frozen lakes and snow-covered mountains while facilitating learning opportunities..
