BOLD & GOLD
We are always looking for talented educators to lead our backpacking, fishing, yoga, rock climbing, and mountaineering day trips and overnight expeditions. Our courses empower young people to learn wilderness skills and grow as leaders.
Year-round and seasonal positions available
Orkila Expedition programs provide teens with opportunities to travel to spectacular places with a group of their peers and skilled staff. Each year a community of staff comes together, guiding teens on biking, sailing, and sea kayaking adventures throughout the enchanting San Juan Islands. Get involved now!

Climbing and Challenge Course Programs
Do you want to work in adventure education right here in the Seattle metro area? Our Climbing and Challenge Programs specialize in high ropes course facilitation, artificial rock climbing, and ground-based teambuilding. We have 6 locations in the Greater Seattle area, so chances are we are close to you!
